What happens next
On working days we read new notes in the morning and late afternoon. You should expect a reply within one working day, often sooner. The reply proposes times for the ninety-minute call or explains why we are not the right fit. We do not send a long questionnaire. We do not ask you to prepare a deck. If you already have a board date, mention it in the note so we can be honest about the calendar.
The first conversation can be held at 138 Market Street or on video. In most cases video is enough. An in-person session is useful when several people from your side need to sit with the same documents. Please make an appointment before visiting; reception can direct you to #26-01 when we are expecting you. If you write on a Saturday, we will pick the message up on Monday unless an appointment has already been made. Sundays the studio is closed. Telephone calls during published hours are welcome when the matter cannot wait for email.
