Privacy policy
This policy explains how Brandgrowthstudio handles personal information submitted through this website and during an advisory conversation. It is written for the people who contact us. It applies from 2026.
Who we are
Brandgrowthstudio is a marketing advisory studio at 138 Market Street, #26-01, CapitaGreen, Singapore 048946. You can reach us at [email protected] or +65 6602 4178. We are the organisation that decides how the information you send us is used. We do not sell personal information. We do not use it to build advertising audiences.
This website is hosted on shared infrastructure in Singapore. Hosting providers may process technical logs as part of keeping the service available. We do not place marketing pixels or analytics scripts on these pages.
Information we collect
If you use the contact form or write to us by email, we receive the name, email address, organisation and message you choose to send, together with the topic you selected if you used the form. If you telephone us, we keep the notes needed to return the call and to prepare a conversation. During an engagement we may receive business information you share on purpose, including analytics extracts and names of colleagues you ask us to speak with.
The site may store a single preference in your browser so that the cookie notice does not reappear on every visit. That preference is not used to identify you. Server logs may include an IP address, browser type and the pages requested, for security and for diagnosing faults. We do not use those logs to profile visitors.
How we use information and on what basis
We use contact details to reply, to arrange the first conversation, and to send the written materials that belong to an engagement you have asked for. We use business information you share so that we can diagnose demand and write a recommendation. We use technical logs to keep the site secure. We do not use your information for newsletters unless you have asked for one, and this site does not currently offer a newsletter.
If you are in a place that requires a named legal basis, our basis for reply and for performing an engagement is the steps needed to answer your request and to fulfil a contract you have asked us to prepare or perform. Our basis for security logs is a legitimate interest in keeping the service safe. You may refuse to send a message; the only consequence is that we cannot reply through that channel.
Sharing, keeping and your choices
We share information with the hosting provider that stores this website, with email infrastructure we use to receive mail, and with professional advisers if the law requires it. We do not share contact form submissions with advertising networks. If an engagement requires a specialist you hire directly, you decide what they receive. We do not forward your message to other marketing firms as a referral unless you ask us to.
Messages and engagement files are kept for as long as they are needed to complete the work and to keep a record of what we advised. We then delete or archive them according to the confirmation letter for that engagement. You may ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we do not need to keep it. Write to [email protected]. We will answer on working days. If you believe we have handled information poorly, you may also raise the matter with the public authority that oversees personal data in your country.
This site is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from minors. Do not send us personal information about other people unless they know you are doing so and it is needed for the conversation you have asked for.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will update this page and the date in the opening. Material changes to how we handle engagement files will also be confirmed in writing to people with an active piece of work. For questions about this policy, use the same contact details as the rest of the studio.
